Prismice Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to the websites and services under the Prismice brand, including prismice.cn, account.prismice.cn and api.prismice.cn, and to the Feishu plugins, AI assistant program, TikTok shop authorization and publishing features provided by Prismice (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by 郑州倩启冰核信息技术有限公司 (registered name in Chinese) ("we", "us"). See Section 12 for how to contact us.

The Service is intended for merchants and businesses. Individuals under 18 may not register for or use the Service; if we learn that a minor has registered, we will disable the account.

We only collect the information necessary to provide the Service:

• Registration and sign-in: email address or mobile number, password (stored encrypted; we cannot see it in plain text), SMS / email verification codes; for business accounts, also the company name and member login names.
• Payments and wallet: order numbers, amounts, payment status, wallet balance and transaction history. Payments are processed by third-party payment institutions; we do not collect or store your bank card numbers or payment passwords.
• Content you submit: text you enter, images / videos / files you upload, product information, and the outputs the Service generates for you.
• Usage records: task records, billing records, call records of plugins and the AI assistant, IP address, browser type, access time and error logs, used for billing, security and troubleshooting.
• Customer support: messages, screenshots and contact details you send to our support team.
• How you found us: the source tag on the link you first used to open the Service (for example, which platform's link you clicked) and the referring website, plus the optional "How did you hear about us" answer you choose when registering, used to measure how well each promotion channel works.
• Third-party authorizations: the authorization information we receive when you connect a Feishu plugin, the AI assistant or a TikTok shop (see Section 4).

We will never ask for your identity documents or bank cards, and we do not collect your login passwords, cookies or verification codes for TikTok, Feishu or any other third-party platform.

• To provide the features you request (content generation, uploading, video mixing, publishing, etc.) and customer support;
• For billing, refunds and reconciliation;
• For security and risk control: detecting account theft, fraudulent orders, API abuse and other abnormal activity to protect your and our accounts and funds;
• To improve the Service, by analysing feature usage in aggregated or de-identified form;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded content to train our own models. If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask for your consent separately.

To use "Publish to TikTok", you authorize the Service through TikTok's official authorization page. The whole authorization takes place on TikTok's own page, and we never obtain or ask for your TikTok password, cookies or verification codes.

After authorization, we only obtain the information needed to publish:

• Basic shop and account information: shop name, country / region, account ID, avatar and nickname;
• The access token issued to us by TikTok (stored encrypted on our servers and used only to carry out publishing that you initiate);
• Product information needed to tag products in a video: product ID, title, main image and price;
• Publishing results: video ID, publishing status and error messages returned by TikTok.

This information is used only to show the shops you have connected, upload and publish videos on your instruction, tag the products you choose, and show you the publishing results. We do not read your shop's orders, buyer information or financial data, we do not combine or analyse data across different shops, and we do not share it with any third party unrelated to publishing.

You can disconnect at any time under "Plugin Center → Connected" in Prismice, or revoke the authorization in TikTok. After you disconnect, the token is immediately invalidated and deleted and we stop publishing on your behalf; shop information is deleted within 30 days. Videos already published to TikTok are not affected by disconnecting; you need to manage them in TikTok yourself.

To provide the Service, we engage the following categories of service providers to process the necessary information. They are contractually required to process it only on our instructions, for the purposes of the Service, and with appropriate security measures:

• AI model providers: to process the generation requests you submit (text, images, videos);
• Cloud server and object storage providers: to store account data and files;
• Payment institutions: to complete payments;
• SMS and email providers: to send verification codes and notifications;
• Website analytics providers: to count website visits, traffic sources and page views;
• Workplace collaboration platforms: to relay your messages to human support, and for the Feishu plugins you install yourself.

After you authorize, we send videos, titles and product information to TikTok on your instruction to complete publishing. How TikTok handles them after receipt is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy.

Apart from the above, we only disclose your information: with your separate consent; where required by law or lawfully requested by a competent authority; or where necessary to protect the life or property of you, other users or the public. If we undergo a merger, division or transfer, your information may be transferred accordingly; we will notify you and the recipient will remain bound by this Policy.

Your information may be stored and processed outside the country or region where you are located. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer. We protect such information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

• Generated images, videos, other files and task records: visible in your task log for 1 day (members: 7 days) and automatically deleted after at most 7 days — please download them in time;
• TK Video Engine outputs of a single job are kept for 3 days; the product asset library is kept for 30 days after its last use;
• TK local video mixing: the original videos you upload are deleted immediately after transcoding; transcoded files, analysis results and outputs are kept for 3 days;
• Chat history: kept until you delete it; images in chats are kept for 30 days;
• Social post content (titles, body text, hashtags, layout and the information you entered): kept long-term and viewable under Task log → Social posts; AI-drawn images are deleted under the generated-file rule above, except that the images of a post you have published are kept long-term together with its text; your own photos are never uploaded to our servers;
• TikTok shop authorization: see Section 4 (the token is deleted immediately after you disconnect; shop information within 30 days);
• Account information: kept until the account is closed;
• Orders, transactions and wallet records: in line with legal requirements for keeping transaction records, kept for at least 3 years from completion of the transaction, retained after account closure, and cannot be deleted or modified.

Deleted files cannot be recovered. You bear any loss caused by not downloading files in time.

You can: access and copy your account information and records; correct inaccurate information; delete chat history; disconnect plugins, the AI assistant and TikTok shops at any time (effective immediately); and close your account.

To close your account, contact us as described in Section 12; after verifying your identity we will process the request within 15 working days. A closed account cannot be restored. Please use up or settle your wallet balance before closing; closing the account means you give up any remaining balance and benefits in it. Transaction records that must be kept under Section 7 are not deleted on closure.

We generally respond to your other requests within 15 working days. For security, we may need to verify your identity first.

We protect your information with encrypted transmission (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, access controls, operation logs and tokens that can be disabled at any time. In the event of a security incident, we will notify you and take remedial action as required by law.

No internet environment is completely secure. Keep your password, tokens and authorization links safe and do not give them to others; you bear any loss caused by your own disclosure of your account, tokens or authorization links.

We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in and remember your settings (such as theme and language), and website analytics cookies (which only count visits, traffic sources and the pages viewed). We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Disabling the necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in; disabling analytics cookies does not affect your use of the Service.

We may update this Policy as our business and the law change. Significant changes will be announced prominently on the website; if you continue to use the Service after an update takes effect, you agree to the updated Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of this Policy, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from this Policy shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the operator's domicile.
